The apartment is all yours! It is accessed from the rear of the house via paved sidewalk with ramp. Totally remodeled in 2018. There is WIFI and cable TV. The living space and bedrooms have TVs. Smart TV in the living space so you can stream your own movies if you would like. Bathroom contains a tub/shower combination; the tub is deep for a nice soak at the end of the day. Access to the parking lot is through the alley which runs behind the building. Charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table are on the side of the house and are shared with the other 2 apartments in the building.
